Abstract

The advancement of the high-tech industry is a critical approach for transforming traditional industries, optimizing industrial structures, enhancing product value, bolstering competitiveness, and refining the division of labor. Currently, Jiaozuo City's high-tech industry has seen swift growth. However, it still grapples with challenges such as a short industrial chain, weak technological innovation capabilities among enterprises, and insufficient momentum for sustainable development. This paper conducts a SWOT analysis of Jiaozuo City's high-tech industry development, examining its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and proposes corresponding strategies.
