Inter-Organizational Transfer of Sticky Knowledge in Supply Chain Networks: Causes, Influencing Factors, and Countermeasures
Abstract
In the realm of supply chain networks, enterprises encounter a substantial volume of confidential and critical knowledge that exhibits stickiness during its acquisition, transfer, and application. This stickiness is influenced by factors such as the attributes of knowledge, innovation capabilities, trust, and strategic approaches. This paper seeks to examine the causes and influencing factors of sticky knowledge transfer between organizations, as well as propose strategies to facilitate this process. Emphasizing the transfer of sticky knowledge within inter-organizational contexts, this study aims to present research findings and outline future research directions in this area.
